Please use the form below to email us your request.We will confirm your order with price and shipping date information to you via return email within 1-3 business days. If you're local, we'll call you when your order is in, and you can pick up the book in the store. If you're from out of town, we invite you to send a check or call us during business hours with your credit card information.
